What is your deposit requirement when placing an order? Our deposit for any order through us is 50% when production starts and 50% upon completion and shipment.

Are there any setup fees associated with any of your private label supplement manufacturer services? We have no setup fees or extra fees for our supplement and vitamin manufacturing process.

What types of private label products do you have? We carry hundreds of options when it comes to private label products both in product options, delivery methods and packaging. What is the minimum order for private label products? The minimum order required for private label products can vary depending on the type of product and packaging. Generally, however, we are supplement manufacturers with low minimums of as few as 500 units.
How long does it take from the time I put in the order with the vitamin manufacturers to the time I receive my private label product? Your private label product order can be produced, packaged, shipped and received by you within 3-4 weeks depending on your country of operation.
Are there any setup fees for private labeling? Absolutely not. There are no setup fees for any of our services.
What is the minimum product run for custom formulations? Depending on exactly what kind of custom formulation you are wanting we generally have minimums ranging from 500 to 1,000.

Do I need to have a custom formulation already? With a custom formula you have the ability to create a product from scratch using the exact ingredients you choose as well as the mg of each of those ingredients and more.

Our Client Update Process
Your Account Executive will reach out to you every step of the way:
Our client outreach process begins once a deposit is made and the order is processed. This step will initiate the creation of a production schedule for your order.
Week 1.5 – We will reach out to you to see if you have any further questions or concerns and, if needed, we will begin your labeling process.
Week 3 – We will reach out to you to let you know the status of your label and give you a production update.
Week 5 – We will reach out to you one week prior to your order going into production.
Week 6 & 7 – We will reach out to you to let you know when your order is going into and out of production, as well as when to expect the final invoice and your order’s availability for shipping.
